A Good Faith Exam is a medical assessment performed by a licensed provider (such as a physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant) before administering certain treatments—particularly non-emergency or elective therapies like IV hydration, vitamin infusions, weight loss injections, and other wellness services. This is a virtual telemedicine exam that takes only minutes to complete. One completed, the GFE is good for 1 WHOLE YEAR. That means the next infusions will be convered under this exam.
This exam is legally and ethically required in many states (such as California, Texas, and others) to ensure the treatment is medically appropriate and safe for the patient.
Here are a few commonly used ingredients:
- Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid): Supports immune health and antioxidant protection
- B Vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12): Boost energy, metabolism, and mental clarity
- Magnesium: Helps with muscle relaxation, hydration, and stress relief
- Glutathione: Powerful antioxidant that supports detox and skin health
- Zinc: Strengthens immunity and supports healing
- Amino Acids (Carnitine, Arginine, etc.): Aid in muscle recovery and performance
The state of PA requires that all new client receive a Good Faith Exam from a MD, NP, PA. The good news is that once completed, this exam is good FOR ONE YEAR from date.
First time clients please add the GFE to our cart in addition to the services you desire. One completed, you will receive a text message with a link for the GFE. This process takes minutes. You will be directed to the Guardian MD platform. After clearance, a booking message will be sent for payment of services.
A membership is a monthly wellness program that lets you enjoy discounted IV hydration and vitamin injection services, priority booking, and special perks for a flat monthly fee.
2. What plans do you offer?
We currently feature two distinct packages: - IV Hydration package – Ideal for consistent hydration and immunity support. - Injection Package Designed for those who would rather have injections
3. How does billing work?
Your credit or debit card is billed automatically each month on your sign-up date. Each plan has limitations for unused monthly drips or injections.
4. Are there sign-up fees or contracts?
No sign-up fee. We ask for a 30-day notice to cancel or change your plan. Memberships are month-to-month. Please do not ask to waive this fee.
5. Can I share my membership?
Memberships are for individual use, but you can bring a guest to enjoy member-exclusive add-on pricing when you book together.
6. What services are included?
All IV hydration and vitamin injection protocols (Immunity, Myers Cocktail, Brainstorm, Inner Beauty, etc.) qualify for your monthly credits or discounts. NAD + is excluded.
7. Do members get priority scheduling?
Yes. Members receive first access to peak weekend and evening appointments, as well as early invites to pop-up drip events.
8. Are there extra benefits?
